The Auburn University wheelchair basketball team will be holding an open practice to any Auburn student who is interested in competing this upcoming season for the university. The practice will be held September 4th at 7pm in the Beard Eaves Memorial Coliseum. Eligibility for wheelchair basketball:
“a player must have an irreversible lower extremity
disability, such as paralysis, amputation, radiological evidence of limb
shortening, partial to full joint alkalosis or joint replacement, which consistently
interferes with functional mobility.” - National Wheelchair Basketball
